This unit is currently for sale on eBay UK.
I've been following Lampi for quite a while and do not recall a mention of this model.

Only 4P1L DHPs can be used in Atlantic/Golden Atlantic machines' output stages, not DHTs. Hence I believe that this DAC is neither of these, was made for Best300b exclusively and is something else. What exactly? It's for the best to ask Łukasz himself.
 
It is my understanding that Best300b is a company run and operated by Lukasz son. This DAC was a father son collaboration to help launch the company. At least that is what I have heard.

And you've heard it right. This is his son's business indeed. And as for the DAC itself, though it's not Atlantic, is based on it, sold only via best300b.com and able to handle 300B (no other DHTs) only as there's no other regulation for other glass.
 
That is a special one off unit made to help promote Best300B, Lukasz' son's tube distribution. I haven't heard it personally, but it is supposed to be a very nice sounding piece using 300Bs only. The one off is only available for the European market.
