SabrinaX .... any owners care to share sub suggestions ?

Had my SabrinaX and Watch 3 center Channel in the room for a year now and been very happy - The SabrinaX is awesome but with a lower frequency range of 40hz I've been using an old Velodyne DD10+ sub and have an itch to upgrade to something more current ....... demo'd the Wilson Loke sub and i at that price point I think there may be a better choice - Any SabrinaX owners care to share what they are using ?

If you want to stay Wilson, the Loke my be a good choice. As a former Wilson owner, I can also recommend you try REL. In both cases, do 2 subs (assuming budget allows).

I vote REL s/812 6-pack, working great here with my DAW.

I'm using JL Audio F113. They do the job well but I have had to fix both of them. It cost me real money and time with out my subs each time. REL maybe the better choice.

Unhappy Re: SabrinaX .... any owners care to share sub suggestions ?

Thanks ... both Rel and J L Audio are on the short list (The Wilson Loki price is double the cost of either of those)

I had J & L years ago and and even though I'm driving distance to their factory the repair issue broke the deal ..... fixed it and sold it - Looks like the situation hasn't changed

On the REl are you using the Neutrik Speakon Cable hook up .... does it make a big difference or would a straight 5.1 hook up work?

    Thanks for the help

J3 ..... do they come with the socks included ?

You should also take a look at SVS. If using your sub for both movies and music SVS has two independent inputs so you can use the sub crossover for music and bypass the crossover for movies. They used to have good support if you wanted to call and chat with them.
