Labor Day Weekend 2021
What's on the menu? Pork shoulder has been slow smoking for 17 hours. Just about done.
Have collard greens cooking in bacon fat in the house.

Steaks, Salmon, Shrimp, veggies. Grilled and enjoyed with some fine spirits of course.. Italian desert is on the way from another state.
