My motor for my Avenger gave up on me last Friday. I called Mike, he got a hold of Matt at VPI and my new motor was delivered today!!

So good to hear that Mark and glad all worked out well. Yes. Mike did same thing for me as well. I had some problem with one of capacitor and Mike solved the problem as quick as possible. It's so nice to have a dealer who not only sell but he cares. [emoji1360]

Unsolicited endorsement here, if you are new here, or have never purchased anything from Mike, I unconditionally recommend him 100%. Boy oh boy, the world can never have enough Mike's!

And lest you are wondering, I don't throw around recommendations casually. I would refer family and friends to him.

Reputations are built one customer at a time. Mike has never disappointed anyone that I know of, not to mention his first rate concern and attention when I purchased my Aurender N10 from him. those Hurst motors are very durable, any idea what happened and did you get a drop in replacement or and all-new SAMA? it was good outcome nonetheless.
 
Rob, I got a brand new one. The motor was running but kept getting slower. I suspect a bad bearing, but don't know for sure.

Hello Mark, yes thanks to assistance from yourself, Mike, and the folks at VPI I am. One outstanding issue that Mike and the folks at VPI are handling.

So took two days to get everything setup correctly, as I hadn't done a setup of this nature before. Got everything installed, mounted, calibrated, and now am able to enjoy my vinyl collection once again! Very, very happy with my purchase, it will give me a lifetime of enjoyment.
