A vintage TT by OTTO Sanyo - work of art

Here is table that was sold only in Japan I believe. An OTTO (Made by Sanyo) when function was supplemented by form. I have since gutted the table (try as I might, could not get it running) but it had an awesome arm and I will use the case one of these days for a table I build myself. Certainly enough room...LOL...And the built in dustcover looks like glass...though it is not.

Did you salvage that arm for reapplication elsewhere?

Hi Shelly...yes I did as a matter of fact...sweet arm...a tad heavy but very fluid...I plan on using the OTTO cabinet too...with a cool DD table and that arm inside....fall project....

At one time, it was the arm on my DIY table...LOL...Looks like a broadcast table...especially with the antenna behind it
