Sharp 90" TV in da house!
Love my wife - she is letting me convert our Bend OR home's dining room into home theater. Elevated theater seating, sliding glass doors, and first step, a 90" TV (was cheaper and less expensive than putting 100" projector screen in. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1390015046.333167.jpg

Re: Sharp 90" TV in da house!
Would be nice a Pioneer Elite Kuro plasma 90" class. ...And 4K.
1. It would cost way up.
2. It would not be a design without some 'serious' flaws.
3. It just wouldn't work. ...From what I've read.
[Yeah I know, Panasonic has a 100" and a 150" plasma ones - 2K - very very expensive.]
LED and/or OLED in that size and @ 4K. ...For a flat panel display that is.

Darrin, check your seating area (measurement), how many people (seats) you can fit, and google is your friend.

These (Berkline) seats are supposed to be good, but perhaps they are too large for your room:
=> Couch with Recliners | Sofa Sectionals from SofasAndSectionals.com

* Another link: Best Home Theater Seating - Options for Home Theater Seating and Chairs
Some are way more expensive (Berkline line of HT seats is a comfort/value line), and I'm sure that you can get for much less expensive (even a couch style for four people).~ Bob ~

Re: Sharp 90" TV in da house!
What is your review on the tv?
I purchased the Sharp 80 only because at the time, there was almost a 6k difference for the extra 10 inches. Boy did I want that 90 inch, but also having a projector in my house, it took the edge off.
My seating is 10.5 feet back, so the 80 inch is fine. (not really)2 Channel: Sonus Faber Elipsa's, JL sub, McIntosh 501 amps, McIntosh tuner, pre-amp, CD player, Wire World. Pro-ject TT.

I upgraded the power supply on my Gigafoil v4 to a Weiss PSU 102. It’s very nice step up. But with the new model, you’re looking at $2000 before even investing in a SOTA linear power supply.
