Tube Depot 15% off sale just saved me some money
A heads up for for anyone needing some vacuum tubes, especially power tubes. Right now and until Thursday, June 15th at Noon (CST) Tube Depot is offering 15% off everything with the code JUNE15. https://tubedepot.com/
I just ordered 12 Gold Lion KT88 power tubes, matched, with free shipping. That included a bulk discount of $5.54 off each tube when ten or more are ordered, plus $1.00 each for matching the tubes, and 15% off the entire order. On orders over $99.00 the shipping is free. That brings my per tube cost to $46.44 each. That's a darn good savings off the Gold Lion KT88 price of $59.95 at practically all tube sellers these days. I saved $162.12 and got free shipping. Not a bad deal.
I received an email this morning letting me know my KT88's are back ordered. I imagine they have had a good response to this sale. I am in no rush. I'm sure Tube Depot will get my order and everyone else's filled soon enough.
If you need new tubes or want to stock up on spare tubes, this two day sale at Tube Depot can save you some money.
