Sovtek vs Electro Harmonix 6H30pi tubes

Have any of you compared Sovtek vs Electro Harmonix 6H30pi tubes.
I am thinking possibly trying them in my ARC 40th Anniversary preamp.
I realize they are owned by the same company Electro Harmonix as well as other brands.
If it were a couple tubes I would just go for it but, I need 8 for the amplification side. I would not be changing the tube in the power supply side.

    Thanks, Brad

I have BAT gear which also uses the 6H30 tubes and the two tubes you mention are the same exact tube with the EH variety having gold plated pins. I bought a set but it made zero difference. What makes the most difference is getting the tubes tested and ensuring they all measure extremely well.

    Enjoy!
