You might be an audiophile if you.....

If you have more invested in your sound system than retirement funds, and you're close to or retired!

If your cartridge is worth more than your car..... and you can't tell any sane person.....

If your sound system is insured independently from your house....

If your sound system has its own alarm system with a deterrent message if visitors come within 6 feet of it.....

If you have an album in CD, buy the PCM 192KHz version and then buy the DSD version just to compare the sound quality differences...

If you are constantly thinking about and trying to figure out a way of upgrading just one more component...

If you have bought over 100 DSD downloads, over 100 PCM high resolution downloads, and over 50 SACD disks when you had no idea what any of these where a little over a year ago....

Replace cartridge with any item in your system. The second part is VERY true of nearly every item in everyone's system. And worse yet, the items you are still hesitant to tell your "audiophile" friends how much they cost...

You might be an audiophile if you think the only thing holding back your System from being audio nirvana is that 50 cent fuse and you order one that costs over $100.

You might be an audiophile if:

You have enough unconnected equipment to make at least two more complete systems.
