The Treadmill video that apparently went viral: Nothing was special effects or any tricks. They actually worked this out themselves.


If you think that was something, wait until you see this one: Yes, they worked on this themselves as well with a lots of help from a sizable crew. This is just incredible. It's a Rube Goldberg machine which is basically a machine that is over-engineered to do one basic task. I love this stuff. (AP Physics).

 
I remember the first one, never saw the second until now. WOW! Both extremely well done!

I only just heard about the group yesterday while watching a TED lecture (being of a science mind since childhood, that's where my interests end up much of the time). I was interested (and always have been) in things such as Rube Goldberg machines. I can watch them all day. It just so happened this group was featured in the talk about a Rube Goldberg machine they built specifically for the song that goes with it.
I just zipped over to You Tube and watched three times before posting it. Just thought it was something totally different and shared it.

I see now. I'm using that video as part of my sig at three other audio sites for the last three years or more. /// Not for the music, but for the composition; everything together. It took them many tries to finally pull it off.
