Wireless Subwoofer Kits

Has anyone experimented with any of the available kits to turn your Sub into Wireless for better placement?

What have you tried and what did you think?

Does Audyssey and other built in HT correction methods resolve any shortcomings?

I know my current sub placement is far from optimal and would like to try different locations if it's not a wash in performance.

I don't see why they wouldn't take care off any needed delay, etc...
