Any fans? I ask because I have the Trinity's & also 2 Torus Generators, it's the longest I have owned any speakers & yes I do rate them highly The Trinity's have 2 tweeters, one that is rated up to 100khz with a lovely laid back mid range & the Torus Generators do the mids & down to 15hz bass that is something very special as the speed of the servos is instant with no colouration from cabinet etc as they are seperate. My next speaker may well be the Wilson Benesch Endeavours.

Bought a pair of Wilson Benesch Vectors floorstanders a couple of months ago. In my small to medium sized dedicated audio room, they sound nothing less than amazing! I wish I could add a Torus to further help the bottom end but the high price gives me pause. These speakers are the most transparent and resolving speakers I have ever heard. I would say they embody the qualities of Magico speakers and yet are more reasonable in price, much better to look at and somehow sound less analytical (imho)!

Anshul - great feedback! Have you heard the big ones?

Mike,
I assume that you are referring to the Cardinals. I would love to hear them but I doubt if they will ever make it to any of US based audio shows. I am getting all the soundstaging, smoothness and musicality that I used to get from my Raidho C1.1 (when I used to own them) with none of the bass issues. If only Wilson Benesch could clean up their act when it comes to marketing, it would be a different story. They need a passionate distributor in the US -- someone like you!!

I auditioned the WB Arc model with great interest recently. The 3D imaging was best of breed in the context of my search. I felt that I got better value buying Italian because of fx considerations. (The C$ has been weak against the GBP and USD, but stable vs Euro.) Toronto has a passionate distributor of WB. But the big U.S. market is clearly someone's untapped opportunity.

+1 on the need for a passionate distributor with wide reach in NA.
WB is way undervalued and relatively unknown in NA. They have a top notch design team, access to gazoodles of R&D funding in the UK, and have great pick up in Asia and the UK. I owned and loved the ACT speakers for about 6 yrs. carbon monocoque cabinet design and bulletproof manufacturing.
Also tried a solo torus in my current setup and it was awesome, though for my medium sized room and system, overkill. The Torus hookup options are ideally suited to SS amplification, HT, processors, rather than my tube setup.
Reluctantly sold the torus couple of months ago.
Dual Torus generators in a medium to large room with floorstanders, or monitors like Kev's Trinitys, must sound superb.

I frequently have people sit down in front of them & when they hear them the first time, they are amazed :D Brings a smile to my face every time.

I was just discussing the WB Trinity standmounts & Torus with a friend who owned that combo. He was never really happy with the coherency despite endlessly stuffing around with settings and different speaker/generator locations. He ended up selling off his WB gear and bought LV IBX-RW's..

David - How does he like the LV speakers? I've admired them for a long time. Friends who have had Harbeth, Devore and LV say the LV is tops.

Yeah your right they are absolute shit, I must have been imagining or was that imaging again. :fingers: You friend wasn't deaf was he? In saying that though they do make the Vitus amp I have sound half good. Hows that bodhicitta working for you?

The trinity's have the ports down firing so they are very easy to place in a room & the Torus Infrasonic Generator has a reputation in the industry as one of the most coherent, second to none, thats why they won so many awards & accolades.. Setting them up can be hard & mostly a bad room at certain hz is the culprit

Can we simply agree that the two of you simply have different tastes? No gear has to win for the other to lose.

EVERYTHING I've heard about Wilson Benesch is [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106].

I would love to hear a pair of those Cardinals. GORGEOUS looking too!

1. That is just the kind of insulting reply I would expect from you. 2. Funny that you're criticising Vitus...wouldn't have anything to do with the fact you're selling your Vitus amp, would it? 3. Describing my friend as "deaf" is extremely insulting. 4. I am Buddhist and take extreme offense to your religious vilification and will be reporting your post.

Man, go & take some meds, your logic is insulting!

Mike, would love to hear them too. bodhi's so called "tech" tells me they have very good bass for small drivers, very fast & accurate.

You have know idea how hurtful that comment is. I suffered mental illness years ago as a result of being bullied, intimidated and sexually harassed in a workplace and was a very sick person. After that ordeal I spent years unable to even work, and required anti-depressants to help me get through the illness. I can tell you that if it were not for the love of my family and my Psychiatrist, I would not be alive today. But go ahead and put me down...put my religion down...put my friends down...continue to troll me...and label me as mentally ill. I expect no less from a sub-human like you.

Kev and David,
This kind of turmoil will not be tolerated here. I will address this, to you both, in a PM.
