What will happen with the classic cars after the internal combustion engines are banned?

Serge, funny you should say that. Buddy of mine lives during the winter in Florida in a place called the Villages, the place has gotten so damn big that you can't go between the North end to the South and back without running out of juice !

.............. and it just keeps growing, they are working on their third zip code. I believe population is now over 120k !

Yep know it well. Golf carts everywhere, they even built a overpass many many years ago just to get the carts from one side of 301/441 to the other.

In Calif the Gov wants to ban petrol cars by 2035. But ! he clarified his position " The executive order won’t ban the resale or use of vehicles powered by internal combustion engines in California, Newsom noted. But it will push into overdrive the state’s efforts to electrify its transportation fleet and expand infrastructure for other zero-emissions vehicles such as fuel-cell-powered vehicles.""

The ken doll is being recalled so take it with a grain of salt.

Approximately half of all flights globally are fewer than 800 kilometers, which is expected to be within the range of battery-powered electric aircraft by 2025.

For the foreseeable future, electric planes will be limited in how far they can travel. Today's best batteries put out far less power by weight than traditional fuels: an energy density of 250 watt-hours per kilogram versus 12,000 watt-hours per kilogram for jet fuel. The batteries required for a given flight are therefore far heavier than standard fuel and take up more space.

Electric Aviation Could Be Closer Than You Think

Well the Govt has to better come up with a way to handle 276 million vehicles.

"How many registered motor vehicles are there in the U.S. Some 276 million vehicles were registered here in 2019. The figures include passenger cars, motorcycles, trucks, buses, and other vehicles."" and looking further we can take 5.4 million registered hybrid electric cars since 2019 from that huge total. And pure electric about 1.7 million.

It will be interesting. I think my personal gas powered cars and truck will be safe for a long long time.
