Seems like allot. They are making it into a couple of Denon and Marantz models now. I'm surprised I just found this out they also partnered with Denon on a car audio system shown at CES 2025, they used a Tesla Model Y. Sounds like Denon may be a good fit at Harman after all.

An amp with Dirac in a Denon, is still a Denon. There are far better brands and Dirac doesn't bring it close to the others. That having said a high-end amp with far too much bass is very unpleasant, but a low-end Dirac receiver is in my opinion not the right way to get a high-end sound.

Your statement hits me as coming from left field in regards to the original post. No matter ones budget I suppose a person would want to get the best from their gear they can.

the person who buys a denon likes to have as much functions build inside as possible, and this is more for the mass consumer market.

But all these functions have a price, the whole amp are made of cheap components, like resistors, capacitors and the trafo

For better stuff you need other brands in which alot of these do only one thing very well.
