I have a few questions so I hope that I am posting these in the correct forum.
I have just recently purchased a BDP-2 and I was wondering what I should buy to control it. I would like to get some form of Android tablet but others have recommended an ipad. What would be the best choice? I would like a decent size screen (9") so using a smart phone is out.
My BDP-2 has an older version of Manic Moose (S2.06). Would the recent version of Manic Moose work better for me? Can I upgrade directly from the older version to the newest version? I haven't connected it to the internet yet as a computer tech friend of mine still has to put the ends on the ethernet cable that I have run.
So far with the dozen files that I have tried (from 44.1 16 bit to 192 24 bit) and connected to my Calyx Femto DAC it sounds great! The Calyx has a USB input, can I use one of the USB ports as an output instead of an input? When I tried it I got an error code 5 message so I removed the USB cable. Right now I am using a coax cable.
