Hi everyone. Wondering if we can create a Vitus Audio spot in manufacturers section.

I just bought a Vitus RI-100 integrated amp. Will report back when I get it. Want to see how it stacks up against my air tight reference preamp feeding my constellation centaur and Magicos. And against my air tight ATC-2 preamp feeding my cj350 and my air tight ATM-2 into KEF ls50 speakers.

Best case scenario it replaces my reigning champs the air tight / centaur combo and those components go into kiddies college fund. Worst case it goes to my Bend OR vacation home with the KEFs. And I sell whatever comes in 3rd place.

Such a fun hobby.
 
Ha!, yes we are being conservative aren't we! I see the "Integrated" is strong...... ;)
 
Very cool Darrin! Congratulations on the Vitus piece. Please keep us informed. I am very curious.
 
Congrats Darrin. Did you contemplate the SIA-025?

If it works I can pay for at least one year of tuition with what I sell. Even if it doesn't work I will sell extra gear and that goes in the fund.

I did but my Magicos (and if I ever go back to Maggies) like current and power. My understanding is the ri-100 maintains much of the class A sound

I can't think of a better value in high end audio speakers.

I've owned MMG's, 1.6, 1.7, 3.6. I loved them all.

Kinda at opposite ends of the audio spectrum? :)
