Tidal Pauses

I have been enjoying Tidal on my Lumin A1 and recently started to play it in another room through my iMac directly from Tidal's website. It will play for a few minutes and then stop, with the message displayed "Playback was stopped because you are currently playing on another device." The Lumin is turned off! I can restart play, but it will stop again after a few moments, repeatedly. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?

You have to make sure that the last time you used the Lumin with Tidal you stopped what you were playing and not just closed the app or paused otherwise Tidal wants you to buy a family subscription. I learned the hard way.

Thanks Jack- that seems to have been the problem. I actually have 2 Lumins, the 2nd being at my country home where my wife sometimes plays Tidal. She was not doing so in this case, but the Lumin was on and Tidal paused. I had her turn the Lumin off, and the iMac is now playing without stopping. Maybe I need the family subscription!
