Tidal DSD/SACD albums played through the Lumin A1...

Not quite sure how to ask this question but i will try...If i add an SACD album though Tidal..does it play as a SACD/DSD when played through the Lumin app????..i have ~ 500 said albums in my downloaded files that DO play as DSD and i can see that in the info during playback. If i can play DSD Tidal added albums through the Lumin what settings do i have to make to the Tidal site and / or Lumin app ..?..Sorry about the rambling...!!

The best quality Tidal gives us is FLAC 44.1kHz 16-bit, even if the Tidal album name includes SACD.

You could, however, turn on 44.1kHz to DSD upsampling, so the Lumin will convert the Tidal 44.1kHz FLAC (as well as your own 44.1kHz lossless music files) to DSD for playback.

Peter...thank you very much for your reply. I did have the 44.1khz to DSD selected....I'm sure by mistake..but all sounds just amazing.
