Boston Dynamics is doing some awesome stuff! I play these videos for my son and he just goes nuts!! The one of the robotic dog is awesome too.

I was just waiting for the robot to knock that dude on his ass. For one thing amazing how far technology has come in the last 5 years in robotics, the stability test shown was impressive.

it still walks like a drunken sailor, I suspect in another 5 years they will have that perfected as well

So how much is a slave bot going to cost me? I would like one that can clear forest undergrowth and can lift heavy sh#t.

Do they come in other colours?
 
Sort of biblical in the sense of creating something in your own image. How much longer before we have terminators with synthetic skin? Then replicants, a la Blade Runner.
