Dave Smith is a very motivated enthusiast and builds a great kit. I've had the opportunity to drive various Cobras over the years and I can't think of any other car out there that is as much fun and as impractical or dangerous as a Cobra replica.

Out of the few that truly stood out, the Kirkham brothers aluminum bodied Cobra with a genuine 427 FE side oiler and Penske suspension setup was the one that truly spoke to me the loudest. If that car does not leave you speechless with an adrenaline overdose, nothing will. A close second was a Kirkham 289FIA Cobra while the Superformance and Factory Five builds were also very nice.
