The Delicious One Jr.
I was recently introduced to this device called "The Delicious One Jr.", which seems to be a fairly straightforward tone/loudness control. As a low-volume listener this is right up my alley, but I have never had a loudness control in my audiophile system. Bright/edgy recordings really come out at lower volumes so I imagine this would be very useful. However, at the same time, I wonder: Why not just buy an equalizer and adjust the curves myself?
Has anyone had a chance to try this thing out before? What are your thoughts on this device? At $250 it won't break the bank, but of course I've got some reservations to sort out before pulling the trigger.
Thanks! :hey:
