Big difference between a bone stock Tesla and a non stock GT running 10.8et. But me, I would still take a non battery car over a battery driven machine. Really not into stopping and having a charge just to go to grandmas up the road in another state. But my neighbor likes his, although they only drive around town. :D
 
I saw what I presume was a prototype of a Roadster on I-35 in Austin a couple weeks ago. As we were driving up on it, I thought it was a Lotus, but then saw the Tesla badge.

Looks sweet but I’ll forever be a petrol-head.
