T2 bricked during firmware update

Peter,

When updating the firmware (I believe it was 14.4c), it went through the usual "upgrading" screen and it is now stuck on the bright Lumin logo. Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I thought the update was done (because it had been quite a while and I had left the room for a while doing other things), and in the app I went to change the resampling settings because they were different than I had them set to before, and the app just closed on my iPad and when I opened it again I'm not able to "Select a Lumin" so I cannot get to "Options" and it is just frozen. I am hoping to avoid getting behind the rack for a factory reset, having just gotten home from shoulder surgery, but I will do what I need to do (with help if necessary).

Here are the steps that I've tried so far:

Powered the unit on and off with the switch on the back of the unit.

Removed and replaced the power cord.

Removed and replaced the ethernet cord at the router.

Turned the iPad off and then back on.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the Lumin App to the iPad.
