Most audiophiles experience the importance of cabling, power and speaker, to their systems.
But what about for Subs? I've always assumed that pretty basic cabling is all that is needed the narrow ranges Subs live in.

What's your experience?

I found the baseline blue cable from REL a small, but noticeable step up over the stock cable.

To be honest, I personally wouldn't go crazy with a sub cable unless I had Q-Sub 15's or similar and really wanted to optimize my investment.

Guys i have to strenuously dsiagree

when i got my Marten sub i bought an inexpensive QED sub cable. I then switched to an MIT sub cable.

AND then... i bought a Siltech Abyss specialist subwoofer cable. The single most impressive change in any of my hifi systems ever!! The bass was just so much more that i actually had to turn down the level a notch. The effect was truly amazing and i cannot rate this cable highly enough.
