Any opinion on this speakers. I heard they are one of the best book shelf speakers you can get.

Any thoughts ? Is it worth $10 G ?

Mike I haven't. however I heard this speakers , it was limited Edition ( made 1000 units world wide? ) and been told it was one of best work done by Franco Serblin.

Stradivari Palladium is the pinnacle. Or just the plain old Strad.

I've heard the original Guarnari's are also fabulous Serblin work.

Thanks Mike. I have my eyes on strads for a while but I just can't replace with my VA Music speakers for anything.

Maybe the original Guarnari perhaps coz I think just sold my Harbeth M40.1

Bob...I have not heard them but from everything I have read, they are regarded as classics from among the line of monitors from SF. Metaphacts (Bill Peugh) regards them very highly and I remember him saying he preferred them to quite a few of some of SF's more recent monitors. May be worth a PM to Bill to get his opinion.
