want to replace my Siltech Empress interconnect...
i"d like a more balanced cable with better low freq.
to my ears the upper midrange is too forward

the electronics are Vitus



theres other good options?

fwiw... after a fair amount of "cable-rolling" in my system, this is what i learned:

> moving to a cable with a larger wire mass (smaller gauge) gave the bass much more punch and depth which in turn made the mids significantly richer.

> successively moving from silver to pure copper to tinned-copper wire increasingly tamed the high frequencies, richened the mids and strengthened/enlivened the low frequencies.

again, this reflects what i experienced in my system - as always, YMMV.
