Seeking Streamer/DAC advice

After exhaustive research (except, unfortunately, actual having "test runs" in my audio system), I have narrowed my search down to two units: Cary Audio's DMS-600 and Lumin's T2. I have considered numerous other ones, including Aurender's A10, Auralic's Vega G2, etc., but for various reasons, I have finalized on those two.

I'm interested in whether anyone has actually had the experience of comparing the Cary and Lumin units I am citing. I know both are excellent streamer/DACs, but what I would love to hear are the thoughts of others regarding their strengths and weaknesses.

Thank you!

I have not heard either. But, I've been talking to several audio dealers and reading from users here. And I should be receiving a dark Lumin T2 this week or early next week. Also ordered from SunCoast the gigafoil and Keces units. Also I ordered a bunch of Cardas Clear Cygnus power cords, XlR interconnects and a ethernet cable.

Good luck

Good choice Darrel. The abundance of user and company support would sway me towards Lumin. With their products help is usually just a few keystrokes away plus the app is superb.

Lumin T2. It’s a little too good (clearing my throat). Nipping at the heels of its big Brother.
