Searching for the sound

I have a 300b push pull integrated @ 25wpc and KT150 monoblocks. I was wondering if someone would let me know how a more powerful triode amp, like an 845 or 805 tube amp in the 50wpc range would compare in sound to a KT150 amp (around 90 wpc).
