Sad news for the industry

You'll be missed Ian,

As a Canadian born, I knew that during the late 90s, it was because of guys like you, that the Chinese built gear ever made it into the USA, as you guys were more open-minded to change as well as diversity for your customers sake, whom wanted to get into tube gear without the silly prices most American designers expected for their entry level items at say $4.500 and upwards for a mere integrated.

R.I.P. my fellow Canuck.

Sad..........I knew him thru my many visits to his store here in Calgary and would spend hours "Talking Shop" and Audio/China/Food/Beer with him and his wife lol..........I still have my Consonance D-Linear 15 Ultra Reference Pwr Cond I purchased from him and some power cords............I really will miss him.

R.I.P Ian............Rachel my heart is with you ...............Ian may you find peace and love on your next adventure from this world.

Even with all the chinese products bashing on that same forum, you can see by the post count on Canuck Audio Mart that Mr. Ian Grant had many many friends and yes i am proud to say that i was one of them, once again RIP my friend and Rachel my heart is with you and all the family.
