Tonight it occurred to me to check the screw tightening on the screws that attach the speakers to the cabinet. I last did this a year or so ago, and a few of them needed to tightened at that time. Tonight each screw was perfect. I couldn’t move any even a little. I guess that’s why they have sounded so good.

Why would screws go loose on Magico or any other decent speaker? Unless the damping in the speaker is so bad it rattle the screws loose over time.
I just checked my Wilson's for the first time after 9 years and I can't hand tighten any of the screws.

It's not a manufacturing issue. The screws are all torqued to the required value at the factory. The screws in my shower door hinges come loose over time as well. As do a lot of other things. Screw tightness is a post installation check, and an annual check thereafter. Same for my M3's, they get re-torqued annually. Magico provide a calibrated tool with the speaker for doing it.
