It's too bad because they were a great source to have your listening room custom designed for the right acoustics. Consultations, CAD drawings the whole gamut.

Anyone here know of a similar service?

I don't know what the percentage was from happy customers to not happy customers, but I sure have read about horror stories and money thrown down the drain from unhappy customers.
 
Only thing I have from them is the Rives Audio Test CD 2. You would think the acoustic treatment retailers would offer something beyond treatments and placement.
 
I called them before doing my room and they were freaking useless.
