Questions About Upsampling

I'm having trouble figuring out how to use the Lumin app (despite reading the manual). I'm just curious to try. My Lumin U2 sounds superb and Spotify is surprisingly good thanks to Peter's customization.

How do I upconvert FLAC 16/44 files to 256?

How about 320K Spotify files to 256?

I know you have to enable custom instead of native but then what?

The manual page is here: LUMIN Resampling Settings

Basically when you select 'Custom' all the settings open up below for each sample rate.

For upsampling FLAC 16/44 to DSD you would select this one (depending on your model there may be other options in the list):


(you may as well do 48kHz PCM too as you're in there).

You can leave all others at 'Native' if you like and see how you like it.
