Qobuz with Lumin U1x

Hello
I have bought some albums from Qobuz in the past
However , I'm experiencing an issue
Lumin app always asks me to log into Qobuz , and no way to get back my Qobuz purchases
Some time back , I was not able to stream (no subscription) , but could get access to my purchases
Anyone experiencing this ?
Any help ?
 
If you do not have a streaming subscription, please download your Qobuz purchased music from Qobuz web site, tag those files using mp3tag, then put them on MinimServer.


If you do have a streaming subscription:

1. Please login to Qobuz web site, make sure your username and password are correct. Make sure you have a valid subscription and a valid payment method, with the credit card not expired.

2. Factory reset the Lumin in Lumin app About U1.

3. After power up, login with your Qobuz e-mail and password. If that does not work, retry with Qobuz username (found from Qobuz website) and password.

4. If login successfully, please keep the Lumin powered on 7x24.

5. If you still cannot login, send your Qobuz e-mail, username, and password to [email protected] for me to check. After I've completed my testing you can change the password.
