Qobuz behind firewall or internet security

Previously a few Lumin users could not get Qobuz to work unless they disable their router firewall or internet security. If there are any such users here, please let me know and state your Lumin model. I think I have identified the cause and have found a way to workaround those while keeping the firewall / internet security enabled.
