Problems volume regulation iPhone 12

Hi. Does anyone else have problems regulate the volume after the app update. Mine is places at the very top of the screen mixed with other icons - is it possible to post a pic?

A New problem has appeared. The bar telling you if you are in tidal, your folder or others now appears with black vertical lines. I’m using dark theme

What is the iOS version you have on the iPhone 12?

Please try different themes and tell me whether the same problem appears.

If you have another iOS device such as iPad, please try it too.

my Iphone 12 i running IOS 14.7.1 and it only seems to be a problem on Dark and light theme, Black and white has no problem. There is no problems on my ipad
