Pretty awesome McIntosh related website ...

Thanks Joe,

That is a pretty awesome site. Lots of work went into that site. :amazing: I even found the manufacturer dates for my old MA6100 and the number of units sold.

Excellent!

Joe.......It's good that you are spreading the word about the McIntosh Compendium website. It is a fantastic resource. I have used this website for many years, as well as Berner's McIntosh Manuals site. http://www.berners.ch/McIntosh/en/Matrix.htm .

Larry has hosted these websites for many years and only recently revised the format of the McIntosh Compendium to what you see today. His member name is VintageMac on AudioAficionado.

Thank you Dan. I remember reading posts from VintageMac. It’s wonderful to have all that information in one place. I appreciate all his efforts.

I still harbor a secret love for Mcintosh gear. I love the 452/275VI gear and still wish I purchased 2301s and/or original 1.2kws when I had the opportunity. I’m sure things would be a little different now :)

Joe.......I hear you. McIntosh doesn't do everything perfect, but they sure do amps and preamps with the best of them. I love, love, love my MC2301 amplifiers and C1000C/P preamplifier. They will be with me to the end of my time.
