Preamp to pair with Wavac EC300b

Hi - is there anyone who has heard this power amp paired with the Wavac pre (PR-t1) and the Shindo Vosne Romanee - who can able to help me understand how the pairings may differ? Thank you. The EC300b will be connected to horns. Thank you! Sharky!

I have heard the Shindo pre that is second from the top and found it colored. With the top Shindo amps. I did a compare of that with my built in Lampi Volume Control. While I preferred the Shindo because I always prefer the weight and body of an active preamp, comparing across preamps I found it colored and slow. It is a pretty sound. I don't know about the Wavac.
