Pass XP10

I've had my XP10 for a few years and have used it with a Pass X250, my Levinson 532h, I auditioned Merrill Audio veritas with it and a Coda CSX. With just switching out amps the sound of my system changed, but, I've notice no particular sonic character the XP10 has in using it with the various amps. In fact, the characters of those power amps are quite different.

The only comparison I had against the XP10 is when I had a chance to "upgrade" to a Levinson 326 which retailed for almost double the price of the XP10. The shoot out was with my Pass amp, the XP10 bested the 326 in my opinion. The 326 just didn't sound right with the Pass amp for some reason, I have heard that preamp sound good in other systems.

I was just curious if anyone else has used this preamp and what your experience has been with it.

I had it for a number of years before I upgraded to XP-20. Neutral is what I remember about it and it has very similar character to XP-20. The improvement is just more refinement and tighter bass. Now I have Ayre KXR.
I never tried XP-10 with amp other than Pass though.
