Outstanding VAC customer service

A big shout out to Kevin Hayes for his recent assistance. I noticed one day that the right channel was much louder than the left. I suspected a tube was probably going bad, so I reached out to VAC. Kevin personally responded to my email and walked me thru in detail how to localize the problem. Very logical. Very clear. And it worked! Turns out the problem was a SS device upstream of the preamp, and not a tube at all!

This is the 2nd time Kevin has helped me troubleshoot my system, and the first time was over a weekend. Hard to over-value such outstanding customer service! Just one of the MANY reasons to love my VAC equipment.
 
VAC is an outstanding company. Glad everything worked out.
 
VAC customer service is second to none. The instruction manual outlines the troubleshooting clearly. Recently had issues with faint sound on one channel and found that my Hana cartridge was the culprit.
