Hi all,
i've often wondered what the big deal is between equipment that is originally manufactured to a certain spec to equipment that has been later upgraded to the same spec, for resale items?
I've seen countless for sale ads touting that the equipment for sale is "original, not an upgrade". My favorite so far is: "born that way, not an upgrade". Huh? If you don't believe me, check out the for sale ads, on any of the websites."
My question is: so what if it's an upgrade, as long as it meets the same spec as the newer version? Do people actually believe that an upgrade(by the maufacturer) will actually sound different or some how not be as reliable as a piece that was originally built that way? If it does not make a difference, then why do so many ads state that it's not an upgrade?
Just wondering!
