Classe has no relationship with B&W and B&W is just the world wide distributor of Rotel. They don’t own Rotel either.

Thanks for clarifying Mike. The link above included a hyperlink to another article from 2016 when B&W was acquired by this group. That article read: “Canadian high-end hi-fi company Classé is already owned by B&W so is part of the newly-formed company.” But that was from nearly 4 years ago.
 
We received a confidential update this morning from the VP of B&W. I’m not worried. They had some real positives.

I actually think this is a step back into the right direction. They were digressing. Need to decide whether you want to be an audio company or a gadget maker.
