OFC 250 Volt Wire

Does anyone know where to purchase reasonable priced 250Volt or higher OFC copper wire. I am looking for wire that is about $2 per foot. I know all about silver coated Mil 22759 wire. What I can not find is any Mil or otherwise pure OFC uncoated. C10200 would be great but I would be happy with C11000.

Some audio shops carry it by the big names for $7 or more per foot. I am looking for spools of 500 to 10000 feet.
