Here, a fresh analysis from today, between the iPad 9th gen (2021), iPad 10th gen (2022), and iPad Air (2022)
iPad 10 vs 9 vs iPad Air: How the lineup compares - 9to5Mac

Pick the one for your own personal use and budget.
The best processor is in the iPad Air of course, for more money (out of the three here).
The best value right now, IMO, is the iPad 9th gen on sale for only $270; it'll do everything people wanting an iPad for $300 or less want.

My old BT keyboard works with my new iPad. There is even a slot in the keyboard that holds the iPad in the proper viewing position. I can't use the rest of the case but the keyboard works
great.

I get 3 free months of Apple TV+. I looked at the website and was not impressed with the videos displayed. There was no description of the content. Any suggestions for a good evening's viewing?

Just got two iPads 10 to replace my aging iPads Air 2 ... they still looked perfect and worked great (after how many - 10 years?), although they were already starting showing their age as they were not as responsive (with the new iOS and modern, graphics heavy websites) as they used to be.

The new iPad 10 is, as expected, noticably faster.

I'm in the same boat, got to replace to aging ipad's.

The older 2018 iPad I use as the remote/controller for my Rose is kicking the bucket but I didn't want to spend too much on a new iPad.

I just scored a brand new last years iPad (wifi / 64gig/10.2" screen) for $269 on Amazon! Best Buy was also matching the price.

It doesn't arrive until after Christmas but for that price I don't care!
