New speaker to be launched at Munich

Will be in Ypsilon room being used with Hyperion amps, new Ypsilon R2R DAC and Clearaudio turntable. Hope someone from this forum visits this room and shares their impressions and perhaps records a HD video.
 
Annapolis Raider; I'll be very interested to hear how you think the 30.7s compare to your Cardinals, please do report back on that.

I'm going to MUnich and looking forward to hearing the Eminence speakers, although sadly well out of my price range.
 
They sounded significantly better on the Friday than Thursday. On Thursday the mid-bass was too prominent, and the team spent time repositioning them and reworking the Torus settings. As a result, on Thursday at the drinks reception they sounded stunning. Incredible coherence across the drivers / frequencies which is a WB strong-point, alongside the disappearance / soundstaging. Much fuller range than my Resolutions as you'd expect, but still giving good intimacy which many of the "big" speakers at Munich seemed to lack.
