We are in the process of building our retirement home in Sarasota, FL. This affords me the opportunity to build a dedicated music room.
As I work with my builder, I'm going to completely insulate the room and hang two layers of drywall.
I'm seeking advice and perspective on the electrical wiring. I plan to have 4 or 5 dedicated lines (20A with Romex 10 gauge wire) with copper rods for grounding.
We will be meeting with the builder and electrician next month on this topic and want to provide clear requirements.
