The Pono may not have been the success that Neil Young had hoped, but the website www.ponomusic.com has some terrific content and offers a nice alternative to HDTracks.

Has anyone downloaded music from Pono Music?

I have, as you mentioned it is a nice alternative to HDTracks and others. It is sad that it has been offline for so long, hoping it comes back online early in the new year.

Recently, HDTracks starting selling Neil Young downloads. Before you could only get them on Pono. I took it as a sign Pono is finished.
