Almost every ancient religion and philosophy, has at its core, the illusion of reality.
2000 years before Stephen Hawking wrote his final paper before his death, Greek Philosopher Plato's "Allegory of a Cave" is a great metaphor how we believe we live in a reality while living in a projection...
In Plato's example, prisoners live their entire lives in a cave, only able to see shadows. To them, these shadows are reality.

No wonder there is so much discussion on the topics of "simulated reality", "holographic universe", "multiverse theory", "mathematical universe", "computational universe" and even "Biocentric Universe" where Life Creates Time, Space, And The Cosmos Itself... I don't see how any of the various theories exclude the possibility of Alien intelligent life. Quite the opposite me thinks.

Next month, a government report is expected to be made public on sightings of unidentified aerial phenomena, better known as UFOs. Sunday on 60 Minutes, Bill Whitaker reports on the sightings.


Former Navy Lieutenant Ryan Graves says he and other members of his F/A-18 fighter squadron detected strange, maneuverable and unidentified objects flying in the restricted airspace southeast of Virginia Beach nearly every day for two years beginning in 2015. The sightings were so common, he says, pilots and their crews began to take them for granted. Graves is calling those objects a threat to security in a 60 Minutes interview.

Ever think that various world military and government agencies have capabilities and technology that they don't share with the general public?

Ever think this is all coming out now so when certain things happen they can blame it on UFOs? Power Grids going down, Communication Blackouts, Hacking and so on....

Just about everything that is used against us is shown to us in movies or news articles shortly before they become reality.

If you think they don't already have AI like in Ex Machina, or sophisticated weapons we have never seen, time to go back under your rock :)

I don't think humans have Ex Machina technology. I know people involved (in their circle) and its not there yet.

And I don't think other countries have technology to do what is asserted on media.


Have you watched Seaspiracy yet? Our government, industry and social do good corporations murder people to keep us in the dark as to what they are doing. They intentionally use slight of hand to distract the easy to manipulate viewers around the world.

I am very skeptical of anything I see in the news (nightly entertainment/lies). Most is nothing but fake entertainment to lull the masses into stupidity.

I very much believe rusing the people of the earth into believing life exists elsewhere is a long play ploy to make us think it will all be OK. Friendly green martians will come and teach us how to live proper. Or give is technology to grow food in balance with nature. Or ways to cleanly recycle our trash.

Their very well could be Aliens watching us. Sure, why not. There also could be a "Lie" campaign created by "people" in places that want us to believe for some reason they find important.

My edit is to note a good friend said he knows of one of the people in the 60 minutes special. He says he would only tell the truth. And the sensors on an F18 are not something your going to fool. So something was out there. FWIW, he believes its US advanced equipment. But its just a hunch.

Leave the earth. Saved by aliens. If people feel humanity will always go on, there are other planets to inhabit, greed would overtake all sense of social responsibility for the environment and we would mine this place into a dead rock in the solar system. We would kill it in a heartbeat. Heck, we already are. And we have no place to go.

Maybe if there are aliens out there, they have seen this behavior before and avoid the disaster by staying hidden.

I think I'll just worry about cutting the grass and playing golf.
 
The only thing fuzzier than pictures of UFO's and bank robbers is probably every one of my Saturday nights from the 1980's. Seriously, UFO's are seen every day and nobody has good pictures.....hmm.
