If only all audio companies could match ARC level of service and customer service. I have a REF 75 that the LEDs stopped working in the VU meters. I reached out to ARC and purchased the LEDs and was impressed at the ease of contact through the purchase. In the meantime before the LEDs could get replaced I bumped one of the bias knobs when the amp was sitting on the floor and broke the switch. I contacted ARC to inquire on getting this repaired and let them replace the LEDs. ARC responded within a day and within a few more days I had a RMA. Shipped the amp and after they received it I received several emails of the progress. In only a few weeks the amp was repaired and ready to ship back. I have tried to communicate with another audio company and that has been the complete opposite of this experience. You really know the worth of an audio company or dealer when you have a problem or a repair. Hats off to ARC, I think I will keep the REF 75 for another system.



A side addendum. MSB and Suncoast are at this level too.
 
Not surprised Marty, years back I had an issue with a phono-pre out of warranty, not only did they give me a turn around of less than 2 weeks they didn't charge a nickel and I got a letter from Dave Gordon thanking me for being a loyal ARC customer ! I go back to the eighties with them
