My favorite room at Axpona had to be the Bricasti room with the M1 dac running straight into the M28 Monoblock amps and Tidal speakers. This room just astounded myself and 2 friends. The sound was very organic and real sounding. The speakers just disappeared. It was just stunning. The sound had a hint of warmth without any fatigue. There was plenty of detail and resolution. Transparency and air was excellent without the mid's sounding thin. Bass was powerful, fast and deep but did not overpower the sound. Treble was airy and detailed yet smooth. The texture of the music was very real sounding. I could not find any weakness of the system. We went into this room 3 times and each time, every one in the room was blown away by the sound.

My second favorite room was the Vinnie Rossi room with Harbeth 30.1's. Again, the speakers just disappeared and the sound was very organic and a pleasure to listen too.

An other great room was the AudioKinesis room with the Atma-Sphere mono blocks, Exogal Comet DAC and AudioKinesis Zephrin 46 speakers.

These were my top 3 favorite rooms.

I have to tell you, I am thoroughly enjoying reading all our members comments about the different rooms and gear at Axpona.

Agree with you about the Tidal room. It was excellent as well.

Thank you. We also played CDs and vinyl, going into the Atma-Sphere UV-1 preamplifier.

Along with the Bricasti equipment which we also sell and our Aurender W20 music server as part of that system, I'm flattered.
