McIntosh MA8000 or C47 and MC302 combo???

Now that it's seems like I have one system sorted out, I'm moving on to the next room. I'm just torn between the decision of going with another integrated or going with separates. With the money I'm willing to spend on components, the MA8000 falls right in my wheel house. For a little more though I can go up to a C47 pre and MC302 power amp. There a $975 difference between the two set ups with the discount I'm being offered on both. Any input is much appreciated.

Hmmmm, since you already have a great integrated, my preference would be for the separates. One, because it's a little different. And two, you could upgrade one or the other separately at a different time.
